Sara trained as a post grad at Laban. 

 

She now teaches on a freelance basis at Mountview, and has previously taught at East 15, ALRA and Rose Bruford; delivering broad movement training for actors at both BA and Post-Grad level, with a specialism in Laban theory. 

 

Sara has run movement workshops for the Young Vic, RTYDS, Drama Centre London, Dance Exchange, Laban, USF Florida and Micadanses Paris.

She is currently running intimacy training at Arts Ed, ALRA and Fourth Monkey.
